We have developed a powerful tool with the collective invoice.
Our focus is on the wine and spirits trade, the special needs are covered here, but there is an increasing number of sales and trading companies that use our INF-wine.

The collective invoice allows you to combine a customer's purchases from one week to several months in one invoice.

Instead of an invoice, you only create a delivery note for the delivery.
Click on "Collective invoices" and a window opens
You can see all delivery notes for this customer without an invoice
Select the period as specified or your selection
The corresponding delivery notes are displayed
Create collective invoice: The invoice opens, ready for dispatch.
In connection with the QR invoice, all partial invoices are recorded as paid when payment is received.
